Material
one liter full cream milk
300 grams curd
Two to three teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar
two teaspoons salt

First of all, boil milk in a pan. When the milk boils, add one spoon salt in it and add 2 to 3 spoons lemon juice or vinegar. This way it will burst properly. Now separate the chenna and water from the curdled milk and filter it well.
Hang freshly squeezed chhena in a cloth and let it drain for some time. Also tie the curd in another muslin cloth and hang it. In this way hung curd will also be ready. Now add chenna in the mixer grinder and along with it add curd without water.
Along with this, also add one cheese cube and half a teaspoon of salt. Grind it well in a mixer. In this way, grind them and make a smooth creamy paste. Now put this entire paste in a glass container and keep it in the fridge to set. About 320 grams of cheese spread will be ready. Enjoy the taste by applying it on bread or roti.
